Free shipping is available on U.S. continental orders over $60 (subtotal).

Lost/Stolen Packages

ReVIVE9 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

ReVIVE9 accept all major credit cards/ debit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover), Cash App, Zelle and Venmo.

Pre-Order Policy

The Pre‑Order feature enables customers to secure products ahead of their official release or restock. This ensures early access to new ReVIVE9 collections and exclusive limited‑edition items.

Pre-Order Terms

• Pre-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order has been placed.
• Estimated shipping dates are based on the production of the item.
• Dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to production or shipping and factors outside of ReVIVE9 control.
• Your payment method will be charged immediately at checkout to reserve your item.
